Our story began over 35 years ago when Terry embarked on his HVAC journey at the CNC Climate Control School in Wichita, KS. With a wealth of experience in both Commercial and Residential HVAC maintenance and installation, Terry’s passion for exceptional customer service and education led him to establish our family-owned business in 2021.

We were having issues with the efficiency of our... aging furnace, and hearing noises that were concerning. I called Terry at Quality Residential HVAC to come take a look at it. We felt comfortable right away with Terry. He took the time to show us things that were going on and explaining them in terms we could understand. He answered all of our questions and was very professional. We decided to replace the furnace, and Terry took care of that for us. He showed us the options that made the most sense for our home and explained the capabilities and the features of the equipment. After we decided on a new furnace, Terry was back as soon as he could fit us in to install the new furnace. He thoroughly tested everything out before tidying up his work area before he left. When our water heater stopped working, Terry was... very expedient, thorough, and knowledgeable in his service. He updated us throughout the entire process on obtaining the parts and was flexible in making appointments around our work schedule. Great company reasonably priced quality service.... I called as my furnace was making Strange loud noises... Terry came out the next day! Great service n went above and beyond. Quality implies good service, timely response,... honesty and reasonable pricing. Not easy to find all of those variables in one service! Terry provides all of those, complete w an explanation and photos of his work, which I really value.Appreciate the service plan for a summer or winter tuneup as well he has that provides continuity of his good service, as well. Preventative medicine for air conditioning / heating system is the way to go.....🙏🏻read more

Terry was awesome, I was in search of a turkey... for thanksgiving because all the stores were sold out! He generously drove to my house and brought me a turkey breast that he had at home so that my kids and I could have thanksgiving dinner. Talk about selflessness! He knows that times are tough and wanted to help. I couldn’t be more grateful! His family will be at the top of our gratitude list this year, and I now know if (when) I ever need HVAC work done, who to call. I’d give this man my business and will refer him to anyone that asks!!! He was a wonderful man, and his wife is pretty phenomenal as well!!!
