Our story began over 35 years ago when Terry embarked on his HVAC journey at the CNC Climate Control School in Wichita, KS. With a wealth of experience in both Commercial and Residential HVAC maintenance and installation, Terry’s passion for exceptional customer service and education led him to establish our family-owned business in 2021.

Highly recommend! Terry came out with short... notice and was able to diagnose and repair our furnace that had failed the night before. Thanks for the quick repair at a great price!April 2025 Update: Just had Terry out again to replace the whole system as it finally totally failed. He did a fantastic job at a great price. Terry was very knowledgeable & through. He showed... me a compressor part that was going out on our outside a/c unit. He said it could have caused more damage if it went out completely. I'm glad he replaced it. He's been in the HVAC business for over 40 years. He explained everything to me. I will not hesitate to call him again.read more

Quality Residential HVAC great response time! My... furnace stopped running during cold snap...called several places for information...after initial call...Terry followed up later in the day to see if we still needed assistance...I called him back later... He was able to show up within a short period of time...Furnance is 20+ years old...Terry got it running and made suggestions for us to proceed.Very professional! Experienced/ knowledgeable with his craft, not afraid to work on something.Overall easy to work with!Thankful for Terry and we will use him in the future should we need to do so!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!read more

Terry is the man to call! Our heater went out... right before bed time. I called him in the morning and he was out in about an hour! Did a thorough job fixing the problem and had our heat back up and running in no time. I couldn't reccomend enough!read more

Terry is great! Highly recommend, will use again.... He is the owner and the one who does the work. Called at 9, he was at my house by 1 and my heat working soon after for a very fair and reasonable price! It was an easy fix for him, but he was thorough in checking everything and testing things without adding on surprise fees. It’s refreshing to have someone who is not afraid to fix old things. Every other company who has come out has told me my system is old and tries to sell me a new furnace - Terry just did what needed to be done to get it working well again and made recommendations to keep it going. He is a straight shot, and been in the business a long time. Thanks, Terry!read more

Terry & Melinda are so wonderful to work with! We... got through a renovation project and unfortunately the GC left us with some issues to deal with, including a furnace full of construction dust and debris. On top of that, the furnace wasn't quite working through really cold temp's, so we needed some help. Terry & Melinda installed a new furnace & thermostat for us, it's SO much better now! They are very professional, but also just really nice people who are a joy to work with. We highly recommend them!!read more

Terry was great! Our furnace went out right... before a cold spell, I contacted him late afternoon and he was there the next morning. Kind, courteous, and quick! He had us up and running in a matter of hours. I'll definitely be calling Quality for all my HVAC needs.read more
