Terry is great. Our AC went out back in July and Terry got it working in no time. Super upfront with everything and incredibly professional.

on a recent very hot day my A\C wasn't working.I called Terry at Quality Residential HVAC.Terry came out that same day and repaired my A\C unit.A true lifesaver as I am a senior citizen and being without A\C could affect my health.Thank you Terry for your professionalism.

Called Terry, as he had serviced my furnace in the winter, for maintenance on an AC unit. He was prompt and highly efficient in determining the issue and resolving it. Price is incredibly reasonable as well. Will always consider Quality Residential and Terry for any HVAC needs in the future.

The HVAC was installed in a timely manner. Terry cleaned up all the mess he made keeping his work area clean of debris and clutter free. Then explained the process thoroughly. Terry did a great job, and is a great HVAC installer.

We were having issues with the efficiency of our aging furnace, and hearing noises that were concerning. I called Terry at Quality Residential HVAC to come take a look at it. We felt comfortable right away with Terry. He took the time to show us things that were going on and explaining them in terms we could understand. He answered all of our questions and was very professional. We decided to replace the furnace, and Terry took care of that for us. He showed us the options that made the most sense for our home and explained the capabilities and the features of the equipment. After we decided on a new furnace, Terry was back as soon as he could fit us in to install the new furnace. He thoroughly tested everything out before tidying up his work area before he left.
