Called Terry, as he had serviced my furnace in the winter, for maintenance on an AC unit. He was prompt and highly efficient in determining the issue and resolving it. Price is incredibly reasonable as well. Will always consider Quality Residential and Terry for any HVAC needs in the future.

The HVAC was installed in a timely manner. Terry cleaned up all the mess he made keeping his work area clean of debris and clutter free. Then explained the process thoroughly. Terry did a great job, and is a great HVAC installer.
